Jackie Carpenter is an accomplished artist based in Southern California, with her vibrant and emotionally charged artwork collected by individuals and corporations worldwide. Though health challenges have slowed her down over the years, Jackie now dedicates much of her time to creating children's art and pieces that address social issues. At JCA, our mission is to support those who have experienced abuse and children facing illness or disabilities. Through initiatives like engaging murals, we aim to provide moments of distraction and comfort—reminding survivors that they are not alone and offering solace to children during difficult times.
You can find three of her children's murals at the Texas Children's Hospital in Houston.
